Is this some kind of advert for ‘ladies things’ (as my mother would say.)

Wouldn’t mind meeting the ‘Sexy Ladies’ though. I could walk up and see ‘Hee-lo Sexy Lady, you like drink, you like Am-er-i-can cigarette?’
