it’s one designed by B - he originally did it for his friend’s blog ‘Mass Historia’ (see link on the right). have a go at adding it yourself -
wp-content/themes/newpaper

PS let me know if you have any other ‘Presentation’ queries.. it takes a little working out about how to add stuff on the right hand side, I find. but then tis easy.
